I take PM Phytogen Complex (80mg Pueraria Mirifica) with maca (525 mg) and I've had great results, without any bad side effects. From what I've read it's safe to take them together, but try not to take a high dose of PM with other herbs that have phytogens. Also, get your hormone levels checked if you haven't already. If you're estrogen dominant, PM will not help you, in fact it could have an ill effect on your cycle.
