I love the name "Sabrine". Welcome to this forum. I'm not really long in it myself and don't participate a whole lot here, but it's always interesting. I'd probably qualify as "older" by a lot of folks here, but I never spend much time thinking about age.
Thus far I've only used a DIY version of the Noogle approach and I've not disciplined myself to do it as much as some folks. With quite a few months behind me at it, though, I've noticed definite sustained growth, though it's not really evident to others yet. I'd say if you wish to go the pill approach, spend a whole lot of time here reading the experiences of others and create a careful plan. While those supplements may be labeled "natural" many seem to have as much potency as prescription drugs and have side effects as well. Managing such things without professional supervision can be risky, so educate yourself well.
