well echapman my hair was up to my butt, now it's above my breast. I didn't know he was chopping that much off when he put it in a braid and chopped it off. I have been so depressed, I just wanted like 2 inches off-- he took about 8-10.. :'(

have you noticed that working for you echapman?

I will look into biotin & Coconut oil-- maybe even the caffeine, though I don't drink coffee, I could look into it- thank you guys it means a lot to me.

Epo is for hair skin and nails too but because of your e issues I wouldn't take much. You can buy hair products that encourage growth too. But yeh biotin kept popping up with hair issues.
But yeh coconut oil in your hair too. It's hard to get out though.
My hair is almost down to my butt now but I'm finding it getting caught in Everything.

I walked into the lounge the other day and my hair swung past me and got caught in the lounge door handle and cause my hair was knotted it swung my head back and ripped my hair out hurt like a *****____!
