I am really need help from Senior/expert in this forum
i have breast size is very small i think 32AA. and i want to start NBE.
could anyone help me?
i ever test hormone in dr. lee. and i think the result is
- excess estrogen
- estrogen dominance
- excess androgen.

now i already start about 4 days with:
- 610 mg fenugreek
- 320 mg Saw palmetto extract
- 500 mg maca
- 2000 mg EPO

i also massage 2x/days use oil from indonesia (i think contain olive oil)

do you think i already started use suitable NBE recipe?

How old are you?
If you are say under 21 I'd say be very careful about any herbs. We did a non herbal nbe thread if that's the case.
The online tests can be deceptive. You should get your hormones checked first before you start taking herbs that influence hormones.
I can see why you though you have chosen to take what you are taking however and you haven't jumped in too deep which is good.
I don't see much harm in such a lose dose of maca and epo as they both supposedly balance hormones but that's just an opinion. Massage is great though. There's some good massage threads on here to go through.
Remember there's side effects potentially to all herbs even natural they may be. Just keep that at the back of your mind (not trying to scare you) and you've chosen low dosages so that's good.
