Hi
Whats tmj? And why did the doc want to check you for endo?
How much do you drink alcohol wise? I used to have 2-3 daily but not I try to have 2 every second day.
Im trying to give up coffees but its hard. How do you make the kombucha?

Tmj is short for Temporomandibular joint, a jaw joint. Problems with it can cause a lot of pain, usually involving jaw pain, facial pain, tension headaches. I never have jaw pain or facial pain.
The doctor wanted to check for endo because of the pain during my period. Really this has improved some since then.
Usually when I drink I have 4-6 drinks, too much, I know. I was drinking daily, now 3-4 days a week. I'm committed to cutting back more. I really should do a 30 day stop. Sigh. It's hard once you've become dependent on it. I'm hoping my fitness and boobie goals will help as I'll have some focus and determination.
There's lots of good info on making kombucha if you google it. I ordered a scoby from a lady on Etsy for cheap. Basically you brew tea, add sugar, cool to room temp, put in a glass container, add the scoby, cover with a coffee filter and rubber band, wait 7-10 days. At that point you can bottle and refrigerate or bottle and allow a second ferment for 3-5 days to get some fizz, then refrigerate. I love the stuff.
