You might be able to vary your maca dosage a bit. To be honest, I'm not sure how much 1000mg is because I take straight powder. Generally a teaspoon a day, but I'll boost it to 1.5-2 on my workout days. Seeing as you do HIIT, you might want to consider that. And it should help balance your hormones too.

Can you tell me what brand of pm made you sick? I bought two different brands. One is lower dose and has b vitamins mixed in, the other was a higher dose of just pm. I was under the impression that more pm was better.
