Did you ever talk with your doctor about what you were doing NBE?

Could you update us with what you have taken over your time doing NBE, like the herbs and dosages to give us a heads up? Ie im taking somewhat higher doses periodically of fenugreek right now, not for boobs but to soothe my digestive tract. I know Lotus has warned us about FG

Ie means "for example", its shorthand
From memory I think Tiny said this started after using PM, but I may be wrong, will wait till she replies. Its soo scary huh. All this stuff builds up in our systems.
