After long communication I am having the following schedule......
One mode per week, each mode twice for 15 minutes (once in the morning & once in the night) every two days..... i.e. mode 1 for mon,wed,fri,sun, e.t.c.
I started with speed one and power to one....
Started 3 wekks ago, and starting to experience better bust......
