Any of us really into this, have doubtlessly researched the internet up one side and down the other,, for proven methods of increasing size, and been frustrated by the smoke screens of opportunistic businessmen. What I'm doing is a multi faceted approach and Ive been doing this for the last 6 months and it has yielded some growth, and inch in each breast, and a fuller more centered look to them. Everyone's heard about oils like Lavender and Tree Tea oil,, and the effects it has had on people , triggering gynocomastia. Well i mixed those with alo-vera and have been rubbing my body with it daily. As far as herbs, im using Fenugreek, taking 4 capsules a day. Im taking Saw Palmetto both the whole herb and soft gel capsules to control testosterone production. And soy isoflavones,, as well. Im drinking copious quantities of soy milk, around a half gallon a day, in this i mix a whole block of tofu, and a cup of soy isolate powder,, these i blend into a shake. Because im hitting this from so many angles i really dont know which is having the effect,, one of the ingredients or all the elements of the regimen im using. I was curious if any of of you are having success with a similar regimen, and also Id like your opinion on what im doing, is it unwise? over the top? or am i on the right track? I have over the last six months added some the things listed above, i didnt start out taking all of them,,,They( originally )were set far apart on the outer edges of my chest. Now they are much closer and much fuller and appear very much like female breasts. I'm new to this site,, and have to admit in the beginning was very much against their growth, in fact i badgered the surgeon at our hospital to please help me get rid of them,,, once they assured my insurance would never cover it i resigned myself to it,, and had to admit a part of me kinda liked the idea.(Now,,) lol their too much a part of me, ,lol. Thered be a huge hole if i ever lost them.
