Here are my starting stats:
27 years old
one kid-six years ago. Unable to breast feed due to underdeveloped breasts
History of Bulimia and hypothyroid in childhood and teens, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome
Height: 5' 7.5"
Weight: 138 lbs
I am a 34 A
Bust: 34" (pre pumping)
After two weeks of NB
Bust: 34.5"(pre pumping) Yay!
The swelling does not stay for more than a few hours but I am happy to be getting swelling at all.
I am doing daily massages, pumping for 1-2 hours 5 days a week (L breast for 30 min extra), and working on building muscle. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and I started body building three months ago to help with severe hyper mobility. I can already see a difference in how my breasts sit on my chest just from exercise.
My PM gets here soon and I will start that on the first day of my period and cycle with PC. Does anyone have any suggestions on what dosage to start out on? I have not had my hormones checked in about a year and my OB said they were fine when I did have them checked but we have all probably experienced how OB's have a different opinion of "fine".
The only thing I worry about now is my diet. I eat very clean and healthy but I do suffer from bulimia and while I manage that through diet, I wonder if I am getting enough calories to gain breast growth. Too many calories trigger episodes for me. I eat about 1500 calories a day at the moment. Will that be okay? I am trying to burn fat and gain muscle, not necessarily lose weight.
The first pic is my starting photo and the second pic is from day 3. The camera is held a little low so it looks like I have more under boob than i really do. They look a little tubular though I don't think they are technically. Any suggestions or experiences are very welcome
