Now I have the audios downloaded to my desktop, but I don' tknow how to get them to my phone because I want to listen to them while I'm in bed relaxing. does anyone know how to do this please? Thank you!!!!

On my phone, I connect a USB cord to my computer and then transfer my audio to it. See below for an example of the cord:
