welcome to the forum, I have just started my routine a week and a half back so am definitely not an expert in NBE, but from all i have read and based on what i felt since the time i started fenugreek helps. As for the butt thing, weare both in the same boat, even i want to grow my butt hehe, I think saw palmetto helps with that, and I have it as part of my routine, read about maca in this thread, so i will probably add that into my program as well. other than that i try to eat a lot as there needs to be enough fat to go into my butt and my boobies. Also get enough EFAs, and all the vitamins and such (Although i have been very bad where vitamins are concerned :s havent included them in my routine at all) but I know they are supposed to help. I am also trying exercises for my tummy so that it doesnt become flabby.
Tayleigh thank you so much for mentioning all the exercises, i tried some that you mentioned for the butt today, so that was very helpful
