Hey all. I have kangzhu cups and I am doing an hour per day. How are you managing to do 3-4 hours a day? I'm hoping I'll still notice a difference over time but it might take a bit longer. Do you have permanent suction from a device or something? Sorry I'm a bit uneducated in the Noogleberry dept! Best of luck with growing everyone!!
