I would stick to fenugreek and fennel honestly. But if you use saw palmetto or PM, I would double up on birth control by getting the diaphragm or contraceptive gel along with the IUD. Hope this helps.
BTW, if you are into weight gain, I would watch out because that, too can alter your hormones.
Thank you so much for your reply I am currently only taking Fenugreek but I do want to add fennel. I'm actually trying to loose weight but I want to keep growing my breast. I just didn't really know what was safe for me and I was starting to get discouraged with so many views and no replays.
