I am very interested in this device but wish to keep my nipples the same. I know a lot of people began taping after seeing changes but for those who have taped every single time since day 1 has it been effective at preventing changes or did it make no difference? If not taping, was there another method used consistently from the beginning that has proven effective? Thank you!
