For those who have taped from the start of noogling did it prevent nipple changes?

The tape was frustrating so I ceased it's use (pops off from the pressure)
Imo. When nipples so grow, it's relative to the rest of the growth (unless you are Tuberous and its herniation)
So if you like your nipple to boob ratio now, it will remain the same regardless of you tape or not
