Have you seen a natural doctor (naturopaths or herbalists) In our country.
Your soo young so taking a few different herbs from nothing might confuse your body.
If you can afford it id see a nutritionist and a naturopath to help with your hormone.
Maybe try chest lifting exercises, push ups etc to try firm muscles and breasts but I understand what you said about how they look.
Maybe collagen based foods, see the diet threads on here and the massage threads for ideas on exercises. Always use moistursing oil when noogling and noogle gently. You might increase risk of stretchmarks if you have them already.
Good protein powder if you haven't mentioned that already..

Good B vitamin and omega 3's to try get your hormones working again.
That's all I can think of for now. Maybe virgin coconut oil (teaspoon to start) promotes weight loss and hormones etc.

TY so much yes I did and I got my blood work down , I have high test and also high cholest but I told her that I don't eat animal products anymore so I don't really consume any cholest and she told me its becus im very overweight that my body has a lot of fat in it = why my cholest is high so im eating salads, soy proteins shakes, vegtable soups, im taking a multi vitamin with msm, fenugreek, maca, iodine I was super vitamin d defi, cus I never went outside due to the depression I am using coconut oil to massage and noogling with the XL cups on both boobs then I take the XXL and put that on the one boob but its super uncomfortable and it does not leave any swelling like the XL does so that's weird.. I figured if I was able to actually pump my boob farther it would leave more swelling haha ? I guess not for right now ! but thanks for the reply ^_^ im going to speak to my doc and get a full hormone level tests done on my prog, prolac and estro again next week or the week after that .
