You're only 13 hun, you have a long way to go! And trust me the ones that develop that fast, end up sagging to their knees by the time they are in their 20's! I know I'm 22 and have friends like that. I know you might not want to hear this, but you still have alot of time to grow, be patient. I know when I was your age I felt the same way, I wanted bigger ones thinking that would attract more boys, get that particular boy to notice you. But the fact is, boobs are boobs. Boys that age are immature, they take alot longer than girls to grow up lol. The best thing for you would be massage, it would bring blood flow to the area, help them grow healthy, etc. etc. It will help their shape as they grow as well. Also you can make sure your diet is good, plenty of proteins, you can take a look at the booby food thread on here, and start eating more of those foods. As far as massage techniques, take a gander at the massage section there are videos and massage techniques posted there. I wouldn't massage with anything other than like baby oil or cocoa butter lotion for your age. Massaging with herbs shouldn't be done in my opinion until you are done with puberty which for some could be in their 20's.

For you I would stay away from herbs, PM, etc. and you can't do BO (bovine ovary) or other glandulars until you have had your cycle for at least 2 years. And I know at your age I had just started mine. Hope this helps, and if you need to know anything else, just ask. Good luck!
