Okay, so how would I work out taking 7 pills a day because you can't take it all at once? Two in the morning, afternoon, and then three at night? Sorry, this is confusing me lol. Huh

For some reason I just feel safer buying the Swanson brand than UB. Although, UB is cheaper for a month, so maybe I should think this through some more lol.
