As with everything you put into your body there is a chance of side effects, especially if you are dealing with hormones. EPO alone will not make your breast grow, it will aid in things that are maybe getting in the way of breast decrease or something stopping breast from growing to their full potential, such as high T.. EPO lowers T by 75%. imo NBE is a collection of herbs/supplements that must coincide with one another and our hormones, knowing your body is key. EPO will not work alone. EPO is known to help depression, aid in PMS and reduce stomach swelling and bloating. Please keep in mind not everyone's body will react the same.

Epilepsy or another seizure disorder: There is a concern that taking evening primrose oil might make seizures more likely in some people. If you have a history of seizure, avoid using it.

I think everyone should do their research/consult a doctor before they go about popping pills/supplements. If you have a history of epilepsy then one might be advised not to take this. If you are healthy, EPO in moderation, cycled, and low mg should be fine. People with adult acne take EPO 8000mg. I take 500-1000mg, depending, during my follicular phase and it works just fine.
