I was looking for a simple plan. I felt like I was taking too many pills with nothing happening. If anyone can help, it would very much appreciated. This is what I'm currently taking:
3 (900 mg) fenugreek extract with 50% saponins
2 (780 mg) blessed thistle
1 (640 mg extract and 50 mg) saw palmetto
1 (525 mg) dandelion
2 (1000 mg) maca
3 (1440 mg) fennel
