So far so good, the swelling was nice. I have started back on fenugreek and hopefully getting back to 6x 650mg a day. When I was doing that I was definitely noticing a difference because my chest would twitch all day. I realized an hour wouldn't do much for what I want...so I pumped for about 3 hours yesterday took a few hours break and pumped for as long as I could sleep in it. From 10pm-2am.
