PM acts like estrogen, placenta has estrogen, progesterone and HcG. HcG mainly leads to more estrogen, progesterone and maybe testosterone. Collagen isn't hormonal. So none of those would. I don't know what else is in her program, but as long as it doesn't have the herbs I listed it's probably fine. The only other herb I can think of is black cohosh.
Since you are over 17 even if you did grow from herbs it would only be a little bit. Around 23 or 24 you stop growing altogether no matter what you take.
Also note that nuts and meat have a lot of L-arginine which the body uses to make HGH.
