Update: my little growth!! Before and after!
I stoped all the program I wrote here one month later because I started with bc pills. Instead of all herbal stuff, I made a estrogen cream myself by smashing a blister pack of hormone therapy (estradiol, NOT ethinyl estradiol used in bc pills!) into a simple skin cream. Results: 4 cm (or 1 and a half inch)!! Yaaaaay
Small difference, but i'm happy anyways! I hope it keeps growing!
Note: my nipples went a little dark, how can I make them lighter?? (but it also becomes darker when... how I call when my nipples gets smaller because of shivers or cold?
)
