I've been taking fenugreek capsules (low dose though) and also fenugreek extract and flaxseed oil topically for a couple of weeks now and no difference at all I've gained almost 2 pounds but not where I was hoping for lol I know I should be patient but gosh I feel so discouraged. The 30" bust won't budge. I hope you guys are having better progress. Please keep me updated!
