MSM is known for skin lightening. Since it inhibits melanin production long term on skin areas, why not try it in eyes ? The darker the iris, the more melanin in it.
Bittyboy from eyecolorboard forum is a guy who tried MSM for 2 to 3 years to lighten his eyes, and he went from dark hazel to bright light green. (A gorgeous color.)
Some people use alpha arbutin or honey to achieve lighter colors, but again, this is a long term process, and you need to be very consistent for several years sometimes. It depends on the person.
