Okay. But, remember, if you can't sleep (even for hours), laying down in your bed (dark room no lights at all), and just relax for maximum time, early sleep (7-9pm) can do amazing benefits for yourself, body & mind. Rest is almost as effective as sleep. Eventually, you will fall asleep faster ! I did it
remember to eat enough carbs too for easy sleep.
