UPDATED PROGRAM

I'm finally updating my program and starting to take herbs again after my break.
I had a really odd cycle before this last one. I'm not sure if it was from taking too much PM and then stopping abruptly or from my copper iud. But what happened was I started my new cycle and then two weeks into it, my period started! I thought it was spotting because it was light but it lasted 10 days. Then I decided to take a 1 month break from herbs (It's been about 3 weeks-not quite 4 weeks). About 25 days after my "spotting" I started my period so I figured the spotting was actually a period. So I had a two week cycle followed by a 3 week cycle
very odd.
But now I think my body is back on track. I did a milk thistle cleanse during my 3 week break. I'm still abstaining from herbs during my period week but my period should end tomorrow.
Program:
Day 1-7 Period - just 1500mg msm (for TMJ), 1300mg fish oil, 10g glutamine (for stomach - I doubled the dose and take 5g before bed and 5g when I wake up)
Day 8-14 250mg PM, 1500mg MSM, 1300mg fish oil, 600mg white peony root (do not take on day 12, 13, 14), 320mg saw palmetto extract (do not take on day 12, 13, 14), amino cocktail
Day 15-26 125mg PM, 1500mg MSM, 1300mg fish oil, 600mg white peony root (do not take on day 15), 320mg saw palmetto extract (do not take on day 15), 450mg vitex extract, amino cocktail
Day 27-28 Detox days - milk thistle, 1500mg msm, 1300mg fish oil
Adult gummy vitamins every day and I'm adding vitamin e oil to each day as well because I found a bottle laying around.
Massage for 20min each day and increase by 5min each week. I have been using avocado oil and I like that a lot.
Booby Update
My breasts feel a little fuller from this last cycle even with the e dom although they aren't much bigger. But at least they didn't get smaller! Also, I still weigh less than what I normally weigh.
