TigerLily or FengShui help please
June 11 2008 at 2:19 PM Aggie (Login Aggie18)
Hi,
I want to use the massage you've posted but I was confused already with the first step
when you say make circles
Did you mean take your knuckles and rub it around your boobs?
or do you mean do little circles and you go around your boobs?
Also, what type of oil/cream did you use?
If you use cocoa butter, did you rub it on the breast itself?
Some people say it makes it smaller and some people say it's fine.
Thanks alot
Aggie

I've been doing searches on the forums but I don't the the right posts
i just wanted a confirmation from someone that has successfully done the program and rubbed the cocoa butter right on the breast that it's ok to do
mixing wild yams and vitamin e should be no problem too right? >_<
i'm new at this so I don't know if there's a no no for any of the mixes

Actually I do both, either way works.
About boobie batter, I started with baby oil, worked well.
Tried cocoa butter with V-E in my first round, didn't feel it agree with me, but it seems to work very well for lots of girls.
My second round this time, I have been pretty lazy about massage, most of days I only do 3~5 min. twice a day, plus some grabing whenever I can (such as when watching TV), also trying differnt mixture from whatever at hand.
Now I am trying a natural balm (which contains emu oil, borage oil, epo....that's why I bought it) mix with some epo, flaxseed oil, V-E, cocoa butter oil (not always the same, just play with it), seems working, boobies feel a bit fuller even with just minim massage.
Hope this helps.

that helps a lot
I thought I did the first step wrong.
About the bad foods
I noticed you listed red dates
I was just wondering why...because a lot of the herbs people use I notice promotes blood circulation
When I use to go to my chinese Dr. he told me to drink more red date tea because I had poor blood circulation and it's suppose to help.
I believe he also said there's 2 kinds of red date...one is consider cool and other warm I think...I can't remember very well anymore...
