i have used this herb 4 times in my life. to induce labor. worked brilliantly every time. within 24 hrs each time. sorry i couldnt be more help. good luck.

I take remifemmin for menopause this is largely based on black cohosh I think ! it relives any mood swings and hot flushes during menopause and I find it works well for me when I take it, love jellyuDeee..
