question about vitex

if i have horomonal imbalance, say i am progesterone deficient, would vitex help me? does vitecx balance out what you have or increase what you are lacking and decreas the hormone thats dominant??

Vitex increases progestrone, it is highly recommended to increse fertilty, for menopauseal women, and to regulate periods. It reduces cramping and shortens and lightns periods( no clotty periods).

thanks for a quick response. i went to see a chinese herbalist asking about the brown spots apperaing on my face. she told me that because of my pregnancies my hormones have imbalanced. my body is lacking progesterone. so would vitex be good for me? is that the reason of my uindeveloped breasts???? its like killing two birds with one stone....get rid of the brown spots and grow boobs!!!

...plus she told me to apply this cream and use this liquid..very expensive stuff...... any suggestions?

The liver filters everything,,, absolutly everything in our bodies. If liver is sluggish it cannot process. The very best NBE herbs or formulas are lost if liver is unable to regulate hormones. I know premenopausal women will start to get brown spots(age spots) at this time in lives, cause hormones are decreasing. But remember, not all women will get age spots,, some may get rosialla, (red bloches) on face, or facial hair, or start to get facial worts or mules,,, everyone's chemestry is different. I think try the vitex on its own to start and go from there. And I still recommend a good liver cleanse. I really believe that is a magor issue behind unsuccessful attemps at NBE. Think about everything our bodies are exposed to everyday,, blows you away doesn't it,,, The liver cleans it all up,, alot of work for one organ. The liver filters our hormone balances,, so go from there!!!! Good luck and research!!!
