I believe you will have good results with the noogleberry. I have been using mine for about three weeks now. I already fill the large cups past 2. No major retention of swelling yet. But, these things take time and due to work. I am not as consistent with it as I would like to be. I am alos using the nipple cups at least every other day and between the two I am starting to see results.
I ordered my NB on a Friday. recieved notificationthat it was sent out monday. Got it on the following tuesday a full seven buisness days from the ship date. I believe that was when NB said I would get it.
Be carefull of over pumping when you first start and you will be fine. Personaly I get a comfort feelling from pumping. There is just something about having the ,soon to be larger
