Hi Ladies! Thank you all for your inspiring posts. I am a 34AA cup and after reading this forum a couple weeks ago I began this routine:
-massage (about 5 min per day with oil)
-PM (1 500 mg per day morning)
-Progesterone cream daily
I didn't measure but they are already bigger and filling out my bras more! I honestly wasn't really expecting it to work and I am thrilled now! It's only been a couple of weeks. They are VERY sore now, actually just touching them hurts on the sides. My question is do I keep up the massage when they hurt so much? I guess I'd be willing to but it will be pretty uncomfortable. Can anyone tell me what they did?
