circulation problems

I've read some posts about circulation interfering with NBE results. What herbs improve circulation and help with BE? Sorry if the answer is on the forum, I didnt find it anywhere though.

Thanks! Cayenne sounds great since I also have stomach problems. I'm thinking about taking capsules, any suggestions on the dosage? Or is it better to incorporate that into my diet?

It's virtually impossible to incorporate cayenne into the diet, at least a high enoguh dose. Cayenne is a hot herb, it gives a burning feeling on the mucosus membranes, which is why you must not take a too high dose or you'll get a stomachake. It depends on the individual, I found I could take 300 mg easily and not get any burning, sometimes up to 400 mg and I would get a mild burning in my stomach which would go away if I drank enoguh water. This is in one capsule, but you take 3 in a day of course. But it depends on the individual. I think you shouldn't have any problem with a dose of 200 mg. You can try higher later. And remeber to take it with a lot of water.

Gotu Kola and ginger has been mentioned but probably ginkgo biloba is the most popular choice for circulation.
I personally had a great benefit from ginger and would strongly recommend it.
