I was gonna get a bottle of milk thistle pills to do some cleansing of my own, and I saw on the label it said that it is not recommended you take milk thistle if you are allergic to ragweed. And I'm unfortunately quite allergic to ragweed (among other things). Sad

Just wanted to pass that info along to everyone, in case anyone other than me wasn't aware!
