Anyone grown with a low body temperature?

Think I've always had slightly low body temperature 0.5-1 degree less than whatever's average, does this only affect BO or should I be tucking into kelp? Is the L-tyrosine associated with BO supposed to raise temperature?

L-tyrosine is necessary to produce hormones like thyroxin which regulates growth rate, metabolism, mental health, skin health and so on. I think the main reason for taking it for BE is growth rate. If someones basal temperature is lower than average it might be a sign of an underfunctioning thyroid hence both kelp and L-tyrosine supplements required for BO. I have a lower body temperature and my thyroid is just fine so it's not an accurate gauge. I would be careful of kelp because it can aggravate skin problems. Whenever I took kelp my skin brokeout badly.

L-tyrosine has many benefits, so it's always going to be good for you, whether it helps with BE or not.
