hi,

i saw the green papaya juice which is being advertised in Taiwan.
do you think yellow (ripened) papaya also works for NBE?

No to the ripe papaya. It has to be green. Try to find the greenest one you can.

So if I get hold of some green papaya, how do I make juice out of it? Do I have to use a juice extractor? What else should I put in the juice to drink together? Is the plain green papaya juice good enough? Thanks.

it's fine to use ripe papayas, in TW we use the ripe ones to make papaya milk (shake), well-known boobie drink.
