I'm massaging my breast twice daily but recently I've read we cannot massage em during period days and I find this very curious. Any idea if it is true? and if so, why ??

I haven't noticed any adverse effects except my boobs are a little more tender than normal, which makes it kinda uncomfortable. But nothing terrible!
