Thanks, Ella. I do agree that for hormonal issues, it is better to find a long term natural solution. I just wish I had given a liiiitle bit more time for the pill to help me "fill out" before going off of it altogether. As is, I tend to gain weight belly first, even at my skinniest it's the last to go. I have been eating better and my periods are slowly but surely getting regular on their own for the first time. I keep hoping my body wakes and starts pumping out the curves. Stories like yours give me hope and I appreciate it. Thank you.

You know bc only boosts boobs while your on it? Well that's what I've heard from everyone, it might be due to water retention while your on it, I guess in theory if you could mimick that with herbs it would be better but again we need to teach our bodies to do it in ts own.
You could always try vitex? Every single natural heLth person has told me vitex is the miracle hormone worker. But use lower doses and of course if you have some health condition you know about then ask your dr (who won't know shit about herbs) but you could take some literature down and try.
Anyway best of luck oh yeh throw in a protein powder, building blocks of hormones and what not, plus I always put on 1kg whenever I use it.
