Sorry girls, thought we needed a new thread, way too many posts in the other one, got tired of scrolling down and starting from the bottom up!!!
My progress seems to be tapering off, can't get past the 1 inch mark right now. Think it might be because I am so busy with spring here and all this cleaning and yard maintanence, that I am only getting one good massage in a day, and kinda skimping on the other one. So I am going to start at them aggressively again, and hope that I can get them up another inch or more if I can. That would be nice. Noticed this week that my hair is looking healthier and my complexion is starting to clear up, which is reall cool. Wondering though if perhaps some of my problem could be the fact that my period is ending and I stopped all the herbs................

just a thought..... i didnt increase during pregnancy i remained an A cup throughout but after birth around day three i went up to a C. thats when the milk started to flow in....i have heard that if you dont breast feed some of the milk turns into fat therefore that is why some women retain their post pregnancy breast size. taking this hypothesis on board could it be that after u progress from grow yours we wont shrink back to our pre pregnancy size? on the other hand if my breasts didnt increase during pregnancy what would be my chances of bigger breasts with grow yours program? i am taking st herbs and with that i have lactated..as i did with wonder up as some of you might recall. i can only wish combining the two might speed things up a bit. what i am saying is my sister who has similar physique didnt breast feed and her breasts remained slightly larger after pregnancy and i did..so mine shrunk. last night i started the grow your massage program, today my breasts are slightly sore....
anyhow, good luck all and hope to make sense of all this as we go along together...... xx

Hi Moon,
I understand what you are saying exactly. I have been wondering the same thing as my boobies feel the same way. I had kind of chalked it up to connective tissue (the elongated parts anyway). I also feel small little lumps that I believe are actual lobes. I wonder though if the bigger ones may be too, but I am not certain. Have you asked Joesph? I never really gave it much thought before reading your question.

Also i can get some clear and sometimes cloudy liquid of of my boobs. Like Henri i haven't moved pass the 1inch mark yet. i know im slacking on masssaging i need to get back on track.
Henri are ur boobs still sore? mine r a bit still sore.

I am not sure if I am feeling the lobes or not, I am only on day 3, and my period is 2 days late this time, I wonder if it has anything to do with GY, most of time it's pretty much 28days circle, don't see any growth yet, but do feel some fullness. and my measurements are slightly up and down, maybe I didn't measure them right. I am constantly massaging especially with finger massage when ever I can, I wonder if it could be too much?????????

I'm on day 5, have been getting some uterine and ovary pains, but very slight, not sure if it's due to this process. I've defenitely started to feel lobes more expressed, also some breast pains and sensations different from those you get from herbs. I hope it means it's working for me, I'd trully be extatic if it did, cause I've been on NBE without sucess for quite a long time.

Hey everyone! I have been on the program for 1 month now. I have grown a total of 2.5". However, I have had every single symptom that I had with my pregnancies, and I have my tubes tied. I have morning sickness throughout the day, fatigue, loss of appetite, my cycles are completely screwed up, lower back pain, headaches. It is really weird. I am on some herbs as well, but not for NBE. I do not know if it is connected or not, but since I think I have been on this program for the longest from this board (I think), I felt that everyone else deserved to know what I was experiencing. I guess we will find out if more girls start having the same symptoms.

Luvgurl,
I was a large A before and now I am a small C. I was talking about that to one of the other girls on the board. I do not think that 1 " = 1 cup size for every woman. I think it just depends on how your body is proportioned. I do love the way my boobs look now though and I am sure I can grow more because my lobes are not full sized yet.

phew relieved to hear of others suffering pregnancy symptoms......I was actually starting to stress & thinking of buying a test LOL. I told Joseph & he said he was surprised I would suffer morning sickness etc but clearly judging by other responses here I am not alone.......only bugger for me apart from nausea is my skin was bad in early pregnancy & what do you think my face looks like now....very frustrating ha ha.

Question about Grow Yours
May 3 2007, 5:24 AM
I am going to start Grow Yours here in a couple days. I was just wondering if anyone had any problems with stretch marks. Its amazing how much everyone is growing, but it's happening so fast. Also, do you have to go to the doctor to get check-ups more often (besides the yearly stuff)? Think they'll be able to tell that I'm inducing lactation? Thanks.

I'm also wondering about stretch marks?
And the ones who feel nauseous and have been pregnant, is it like it was when you were pregnant or less? For example, if you vomited during your pregnancy is is the same with grow yours or is it just nausea?

Wow, this is only my 1st FULL day on GY (started last night
) and seeing how many others are trying this is wonderfully encouraging.....thanks for all of your feedback!
Regarding the prego-like side effects, don't hate me but I HOPE I get them! One of those horrid people who was never sick and actually felt the best I ever did through all of my pregnancies. Could be from all the maessaging I was already doing, though not as aggressively as now, but I'm positive i already feel the lobes at the outside/bottom part of my breast, which is also where I have experienced the most swelling over the past few months doing the lymphatinc message. Now to focus that EVERYWHERE!
For those with nausea and the like, I wonder, if it continues for you (which has got to be miserable in spite of increased boobage) perhaps taking a prenatal vitamin would help some of the symptoms? Don't know if this would help at all, but just throwing it out there. It could make explanations tricky, however, if you're caught popping them!!!
katherine
PS. I'm continuing with my BO even though I've had no real growth over the last months on this routine. Maybe the stimulation will help it kick in? irregardless,If I follow in the footsteps of the majority of you reporting wonderful progress with GY, I most certainly know which program will get the credit!

what i would like to know is how long its taken for the women who have never been pregnant or breastfed to achieve results. Joseph says it'll take longer and some of the previously pregnant women seem to be having results within days. I've been on the programme for over a week now and still nothing (never been pregnant). Any other ladies out there like me who know how long it'll take?

I am about 1 week into the program now, and I just noticed this morning that I have grown 1 inch, but only on the tops. That's actually great, because the tops are where I actually need the fullness the most. Also, my boyfriend FINALLY noticed (after 6 months of NBE!) that my boobs are bigger. So GY must be working! Yay!
The only bad side effect I have right now is a lot of acne. Anyone else getting zits?
Good luck everyone!

Never been pregnant
May 3 2007, 9:19 PM
Hi Charlene,
I've been wondering the same thing...
I asked Joseph what to expect - he said that the greatest increase he heard of in 2 months is 1.5 inches.. and he doesn't have any further details after that time, since people stop logging the results after this time.
However, theoretically, as full lactation is possible in women who have never breast fed, surely a non pregnant women should be able to reach the equivalent size to those who have breast fed?
Anyone want to chip in? - that was just a guess.
Also, I've been on grow yours sine 19th april - and have gain half an inch. (never been pregnant)

Joseph replied to my mail said the most growth from his programme was 3" for a singapore lady, but i already grew about 2" from my previous NBE, I wonder how much more I can expect from GY, but my 2" growth is not lobes, cause I have been on GY since Apr. 27th, I am still not sure if I feel any lobes yet. It would be soooooo great if I can get 3" growth from GY in a short time.

Hey Betty, I'm here. Things are about the same for me, I am up to 1 1/4 inches so far. Am sorta discouraged as my growth seems to have tapered off while everyone else is doing great, this could be do to some emotional issues right now, I am so terribly weepy it isn't funny.......pregnancy symptom? or depression? could be both. Have started massaging more vigorously again and am hoping to make some increase.
I haven't really had too much to say, but I continue to read the board just to see how everyone else is doing.

Day 7 for me, no measurable increase in breast size, tho I thoguht I was seeing sth at times, but I started to feel more expressed lobes some days ago and more boob pains too. Never been pregnant.
Girls, do you think it's ok to do 40 minutes on one boob in the morning and 40 on the other one in the evening instead of 20 on each in both sessions??

Moon - the answer is yes. You can do that - its actually an option you have when you hit Week 2. Can't give more info then that, but its the same process just one side in the morning the other side in the evening. I haven't done it yet, but am seriously thinking about it.
Hang in there, and keep at it, remember most of the women that are reporting growth have had children, some more recently then others, and the actual site says its 30 days and between 1-3 inches I think. I had to re-read it because as I mentioned, I don't seem to be gaining anymore, and figured I at least fall between 1-3 inches in 30 days.
Thats great that you are feeling a difference, remember like herbs, this takes time too.

Hi, girls, I have a silly question, I don't have any kids so I have no idea, I hope it's not too dumb to ask this.....
My question is---do you get your periods while you are breastfeeding? I am on GY since Apr. 27th, and my period has been a week late (don't know if it has anything to do with GY), and I have tiny drops of cloudy liquid coming out of my nipples, a bit worried here. :-(

Thanks for encouragment Henri. I personally feel that 20 minutes on one breast isn't enoguh, I feel that the boob is optimally stimulated only when I hve been doing it for a while, so 40 minutes is perfect for me. The two times 40 minutes a day really isn't that hard for me afterall, I just lay down and take it as time to relax.
Fengshui, lol I'm not sure either, but I think that it takes a while after birth for the period to come back, so for a time while lactating you don't have it, if I'm not mistaking, but not sure, hehe.

Hi all!!! I've been out of town and having internet issues at home so I'm visiting my Mom and using her computer, but don't have time to catch up on everyone's progress. I'll do that later in the week. I'm hanging in there! Growth progression slowed because I haven't had time to be diligent enough with being out of town and all, but I'm back on track now and hoping to grow even more again. kitty, are you massinging with a cream or a lotion ? I find doing the massage "dry" has the opposite effect. Also in the first part of the program I thought I was losing inches when what was really happeneing was they were firming up before growing. Good Luck to you.

Hey everyone... ok just adding to the huge list we already have of girls on the grow yours routine! So i thought id check it out as u cant really go wrong with the free trial, ill be honest i didnt expect it to work...and even still dont expect it to work miracles....
However i begun about a week and a half ago....entered my current measurements into their website today and apparently iv grown half an inch. i can see a slight increase in fullness and heavyness...if that accounts for the half inch increase then yaay!
So good luck to everyone else on the program....fingers crossed hey!

Luvgurl,
I was a large A before and now I am a small C.

Thanks.

I also felt nauseaus the other morning. i thought all my progress was from actually being pregnent! but i started my period yesterday-so now i am pretty sure I am also having strange symptoms. but i am not gonna stop-although i am definitely not putting the right amount of time on for the massages..

I'm also wondering about stretch marks?
And the ones who feel nauseous and have been pregnant, is it like it was when you were pregnant or less? For example, if you vomited during your pregnancy is is the same with grow yours or is it just nausea?

I too have nausea, with my first pregnancy it was bad with my second I had no morning sickness at all. This is somewhere in between, although I find it very ironic to have morning sickness 8 weeks after having a hysterectomy LOL !

Third day and my boobs feel like they have gone 10 rounds with Frank Bruno!! I do feel positive though and will keep up the massage technique.Just gets quite boring doing it for so long...but if I get booby growth its worth it. Taking my herbs too. Will update as and when I get growth.

Hi Alexia'
Am doing just what you suggested! Reading this forum and watched the Grow Yours video again.... soon time to measure up!!
Good way to read through old threads too as you pass time and forget about booby pain and know you are stimulating them while you read! Just hope no one sees me!!

Wow, this is only my 1st FULL day on GY (started last night

Hey Charlene,
I've never been pregnant either. I've only been on the program for 2 days, so no growth as yet. I'm also taking Wonderup. Keep me posted with your results.

Um, this is weird, and very depressing. I've been on GYs for 7 days and I've lost half an inch off my normal size.

To whom who have breastfed before
May 5 2007, 7:56 PM

I'll catch up here in a few days. :-)

kitty, are you massinging with a cream or a lotion ? I find doing the massage "dry" has the opposite effect. Also in the first part of the program I thought I was losing inches when what was really happeneing was they were firming up before growing. Good Luck to you.

My progress...
May 11 2007, 12:41 AM
Hey everyone... ok just adding to the huge list we already have of girls on the grow yours routine! So i thought id check it out as u cant really go wrong with the free trial, ill be honest i didnt expect it to work...and even still dont expect it to work miracles....
However i begun about a week and a half ago....entered my current measurements into their website today and apparently iv grown half an inch. i can see a slight increase in fullness and heavyness...if that accounts for the half inch increase then yaay!
So good luck to everyone else on the program....fingers crossed hey!
ps: my fingers are numb after the excercises! lol

I've decided to stop GYs. I realized I don't want boobs that are filled with milk even if they don't leak. I just don't think it can be healthy in the long run.
