don't beat yourself up, you have a lovely shape. Research into breast pumping (tons of info here). I was a non-believer until I tried it, and guess what?, it works. 
The right NBE program, diet, light exercise (lol, like you need it), massage & breast pumping, could increase 1-2 cups (1-2 years). But hey, we all can't be Emily's
, we'll try like hell though. 
Btw, your nipples are in perfect postion, meaning I can see underboob (and the potential for more).
