Question about liver cleanse

Would like to know if I need to stop taking any nbe herbs when doing the liver cleanse. I am taking milk thistle for liver cleanse and how long should I take the milk thistle for before resuming the nbe herbs? Thanks in advance for any input.

You should stop taking all supplements of NBE.Just the milk thistle. It should be taken for no longer than 1 weeks.(from 1 week to 1 weeks)

As far as I know you do a liver cleanse from 2-4 weeks, and not just for one. I just bought myself milk thistle the other day and it says to drink the teas as a therapy for 3 months or so.
You can search this forum for "liver cleanse" and you will find threads where this topic has been discussed before for more info.
You should stop the other herbs while you are doing the cleanse, but can combine milk thistle with your routine afterwards too. Maybe if you google milk thistle you can find information on how long it is safe to take and at what dosages.

That's weird.On Fawn's Site she recommended not to do it more than 2 weeks.

It's interesting how much talk there's been about stopping NBE to do a cleanse, but not so much about doing a cleanse BEFORE starting NBE.
