Question for TigerLily/Fengshui
June 17 2006 at 1:40 PM Darisha (Login Darisha)
Could you please explain the yin and yang food. Is the yin food bad for nbe and yang food good for nbe????Because a few of the foods in the yin, like apples and asparagus, I thought were good for nbe. I am confused.

hi, Darisha, sorry about the confusion. When i was sharing my experience in the other forum i was trying to think of a way to explain some notions about chinese medicine (nor am i an expert or anything) that might be easier for ppl to accept, when my writing being copied by Tiger Lily to this forum, somehow she turned "boobie foods" into "yin yang foods lists, that was never my intention (she misunderstood my posts), and that's also why I didn't name it as "yin yang" foods lists to begin with.
In chinese medicine, they sometimes suggest certain foods to eat or to avoid due to the essences when u r on some tonic.. it's kinda like "strong hot", "dry hot", "wet hot" "neutral" "slightly cold".....yada, yada. however the categories have nothing to do w/ temperture is hot or cold. so i thought i could use "yin" and "yang" to explain. but it's not being called "yin" or "yang" in chinese medicine. i was hoping i could make it easier for ppl to accept the notions--- TRY not to eat/drink too much cold food or drinks, and also some boobie unfriendly foods due to it's not good for women's "womb" if consume too much.
In chinese medicine, they think the "womb" is healthy or not has a lot to do w/ NBE. Anyways, i never thought of it would turn out to be a whole bunch "yin" "yang" foods list. that's not my intention.
anyways, i can't really type a long post to explain, it's really boring anyway. so if u r interested, u can check boobie foods in my programme page.
BUT, please DO NOT GET PARANOID!!!!! it's summer, so some "cold" type foods will not be that bad now as long as u don't eat too much.
In chinese medicine, "balance" is the key to health, so don't misunderstand the "yin" "yang" food list. just try to eat more boobie foods and less cold drinks or "cold type" veggi or fruits. but best to TOTALLY AVOID COLD DRINKS AND fruits DURING PERIODs.
i hope this will help.

Thanks Fengshui for that info. I got the yin and yang list from the 'food and drink recipes' listed in 'other rescources' page which was posted in by Peony and TigerLily. I checked out your program page and have made some notes. Can I also ask about this green papaya. I am from Australia and I am assuming that Paw Paw is the same thing??? So is green papaya just a papaya that is not ripe yet?? I'm sorry for the questions but I have one more, there is some tea mentioned also in the 'food and drink recipe' list called longan red jujube tea. Do you recommend this? And do you drink any type of tea for your nbe journey? Thanks Fengshui. I haven't had too much luck with herbs so far so I am thinking of ditching the herbs altogether and opting for this approach for nbe. I have always been fascinated in the Chinese approach to healing. I have been to a Chinese herbalist many times and remember him saying things like 'don't drink anything cold' and 'don't eat anything raw'. I had a weak stomach at the time and he gave me these herbs that I had to boil up and simmer for 2 hours. What a stench!!! Had to use a peg on the nose to drink the stuff too. Anyhow, any other helpful information you can think of please post it in. I really appreciate your help.

Thanks Fengshui for posting your program page. I also read your messages you post on the other forum (page 13 - 20+), you have been very helpful to everybody who needs help, I really appreciate it. From what I've read, it seems that you got some significant result only after you started massage pressure points. So the vigorous massage seems the key. I'm curious: some of the massage techniques you used are not listed in Pansyclub's massage page, true? Like the "slap and grab", or "push the fat from tammy to breast", or "use bra to reshape the fat around the breast", etc... Can you please share with us which specific ones you uses more frequently and you think more effective?

hi, darisha and landoline, i am so drunk now, i went bar hopping w/ my girlfriends!1 LOL!!
i hope my typing and writing r oaky...anyways, bare w/ me.hehe. i will try to answer so u girls can start right away. ^_^ i hope i don't miss anything, but i will come back to check when i am sober. LOL!!!!!!!!
darisha, yes, green papaya is papaya not yet ripe, i don't know if it's called paw paw or not. w/ ripe papaya u can make papaya milk drink w/ it. it's famous boobie drink in Taiwan.
about those teas, yes, i posted in the other forum, those r all good for women, i didn't drink them when i started NBE, but now i drink them every now and them. cuz i am trying to break my stall, i will keep updating my programme. i think it's good to drink them cuz they r good for women. in chinese medicine, they believe healthy womb is the key for women to be young and beautiful, i am too drunk to explain now, u can find the explainations in the other forum probabaly towards the end pages. anyhow, it's the key to the success for NBE for in chinese medicine.
landoline, yes, my massage technique is a little different from the one pansyclub posted, but pretty similar. the ones i posted in the other forum are the ones i do everyday. i did the ones pansyclub posted in the beginning for like 4 months. i think it helped. i did get better shape and some fullness, then i switched to the firm massages, and add some techniques i came up with by myself or from other research.
however it's pretty common for us to see obvious results after few months' hard work from the posts i read in Taiwan's forums.
and i do think i gained more progress from firm massages. my boobs were saggy due to the weight lose, but now they r bigger and lifted about an inch. i will post the techniques i do for lifting later when i sober up. LOL, but u can find them here on the second thread on page 34

okay, i hope i helped a little.
i will come back when i am totally sober!!
LOL
