Is massage necessary for breast enhancement as I can only see it causing temporary growth?

Yes I waz wondering how possibly massage could cause permanent growth az long az it helps with raising prolactin levelz which stimulate milk production and enlarge mamary glands but doesn't cause fat storage.

what prolactin does is HELP enlarge the breast. it doesnt do all the work on its own. its helps store fat by making the body think its getting ready to supply milk for a baby so it causes elevated estrogen levels to prefer to store fat in the breast rather then in other parts of the body. the reason why there is a preference of storing fat in the breast is because then there is easier access to get the fat needed to make milk. most women who do NBE dont start producing milk becuase of NBE. to induce lactation is very difficults and harder to to then causing NBE. but if you stop NBE too soon results are temporary. how soon is too soon? i dont know. it depends on the indivdual.

also prolactin does little to enlarge the mammary glands. progesterone does that and prolactin helps progesterone do that. so it depends on which hormone you have as dominant. if you are estrogen dominant then its easier to store fat. if you are progesterone dominant them you are going to enlarge milk glands and its going to be easier for you to produce milk. enlarged gland does help in some small may with perminant growth. it creats some tension which the body will over come by growing more tissue. more tissue means more room for fat to fill in.tension also encourages the body to pay more attention to the breasts as well. the only problem with glands is that sometimes if they grow and they are too big they can actually remove fat from the breasts. this happens more to women who breastfeed and it could just be that the body is using up the fat to make milk but in the end some women can shrink back to a smaller cupsize. this is rare in breastfeeding women and even rarer in women just doing NBE. but it can happen.
