Sorry for the late update! My measurements on the 22nd of February were : 39"/29"/41"
I gained an inch in my bust and booty over the last month, but gained 2 inches in my waist. I am very NOT happy about the gain in my waist. About to up the amount of cardio and core/abdominal exercises I do. Im also considering going on a 1 week extensive body cleanse at the end of my current (March) cycle and take a short break from the herbs. I'm hoping that a good cleanse may help get rid of some of the bloating in my gut and maybe it will "reset" and boost the effectiveness of my program.
