It would be great for you to post your pictures and stats, now, near the begining of your program as it will help you track your progress and it will also encourage others those just starting out on their journey. You can post your program in the program thread and then , if you feel brave enough your starting pictures. You needn't worry. You will only receive support and guidance on this forum. It's lovely. There are many experienced guys here that will offer great advice and encouragement. It's like a big family!
