So my Noogle came in the mail today and i'm getting it tonight (had it sent to friend's house so parents wouldn't find it) I guess my last minute question before I start is what is everyones noogleing habits? Pump and hold, pump and release? plz give details if you can. I mainly wanna hear from those successful from it but I ordered the Large system with foam rings for my C's and have lotion and all that good stuff also I added a poll for fun .
