Today's intake:
88 ounces of water
Oatmeal and a green smoothie for breakfast
Avocado smoothie with protein powder, a banana, two pieces of oven cheese pizza without the crusts, a soft-boiled egg, and hot black tea for lunch
Two pieces of chicken, vegetable beef soup, hot green tea, and two pieces of dark chocolate for dinner
Two spoonfuls of peanut butter with dry roasted peanuts and a glass of skim milk
5 Cheetos
I don't usually snack, but I'm fasting tomorrow, and I find that it's easier if I eat a snack the night before. That's why the peanut butter, peanuts, and Cheetos happened. I wanted to have veggies, but we don't really have any right now as we're low on groceries.
I also took my supplements (BB Skin and a probiotic).
I did my bath time massage routine.
I need to do some research into which vegetables are best for NBE. I need to eat more veggies.
