the rule of thumb I go by is just try to eat foods as close to their natural forms as possible. the more that man tinkers with and processes the food, the worse it gets for ya IMO.

It's been a struggle but I'm slowly replacing food that we eat. I'm trying to do it in a way that my partner won't realise I'm really changing what we eat.
I have been exercising, just no more than I usually would. Its been a rather busy week but now I have the time for it while my partner is at work.
