Pint of water = 1 pound of weight.
gallon jug = 8 pints = 8 pounds. ;-)
And you can do deadlifts and squats with a keg.
Plus a steel beam across the back, two buckets = squats. :-)
And you can do goblet squats with any mix of items - 1 or 2 gallons, a belt holding multiple containers, buckets of liquid, etc.
Get a large water bottle, fill it up, you've got weight.
Plus you can still do calisthenics. Though you've got an advantage there, I'm already "huge" because I'm male. You're not drowning in muscle mass! :-)
